My objective in sending this resume is to secure a position with a fast paced, challenging, innovative, career based company where I could contribute to it’s success by way of experience, ability and skill set. Working directly for the PMO and Program Support Manager.

§         Working independently, responsible for control and co-ordination of all

      projects' plans, taking initiative to identify obvious conflicts.

§         Create, update and maintain project schedules with new and changed work

      packages and tasks/assignments received from Project Managers

      and Team Leaders.

§         Ensure that dependencies and links within and with other schedules are

      established correctly.

§         Follow-up on outstanding work packages, tasks and their integration into the

      project schedules.

§         Develop and/or maintain an electronic source for all business/technology

      documents related to the initiatives/projects.

§         Maintain the filing system of all Project related documents.

§         Track and set up deliverable process (sign-off, documentation).

§         Log and control change request. Maintain and track change logs.

§         Monitor and reconcile allocation of resources to project with resource effort

      actually spent working on project tasks.

§         Co-ordinate the program level reporting. Reporting formats will be consistent

      with varying target audiences. Program and Project reporting to be delivered,

      sometimes under tight deadlines.

§         Responsible for documenting and tracking all risks and issues, action items.

§         Assist in facilitating all status meetings, responsible for co-ordination,

      booking, monitoring attendance, distributing materials, taking meeting

      minutes etc.

§         Facilitate/assist in ensuring all project start up and close off administrative

      tasks are completed, including filing of project documentation in CPCT web

      repository.

§         Manage financial tracking process, monitoring and maintaining records and

      updating monthly spreadsheets to track and forecast all project expenses,

      including capital.  Monitor, reconcile and process vendor expenses and other

      invoices.

§         Ensure tracking and measurement to budget and schedule, co-ordinating the

      preparation of latest estimates for financial reporting.

§         Prepare monthly management project reporting (financial and other), and

      reconcile this to monthly financial records, often under tight deadlines.

§         Assist Project Managers, Team Leaders on medium/large projects with the

      development of new work packages, plans and schedules.

§         Ensure project plan is updated to enable tracking and reporting of project

      progress.

§         Assist in the development of materials for presentations to various

      Stakeholder groups, including Steering Committee.

§         Provide day-to-day support for the Project Managers of the identified teams.
